About us

Broadlands Pottery - Our story so far.

Our journey began in December 2012 when I took the decision to turn my hobby into a full time business. We started out at local monthly markets where we gained a good insight into what our customers wanted and began developing a range from the feedback and suggestions that we've been given.

Each item is handmade and hand finished to a very high standard and made with love and care. We continually review the products we make and love working with designers and our stamp maker to bring in new ranges.

We work from a studio that we've had converted in my home in rural Gloucestershire and over the last 4 years we have expanded into a thriving business. We travel the country attending various crafts and Christmas events and in 2016 took the decision to start selling our products to the wholesale market.

We attended the Bristish Craft Trade Fair in Harrogate and from there we now supply eight shops across the country.

I spend most of my time working on personal commissions which come from our successful website, facebook page and from meeting customers at the studio and out and about at events.

I am assisted by my Sister Sharon who works full time with me in the business, our Dad Alan and a couple of other local ladies who work for us part-time.

Broadlands really is the epitome of a business who had a dream and turned it into a reality and we very much look forward to what the future brings.

We hope you like the website and we look forward to sharing our journey with you.
